There are a few ways you can ink up a stampin' around wheel. Below I show you two of the most common methods used.
One: Using an ink cartridge

1) Assemble your tools - wheel, handle, and ink cartridge.

2) slot cartidge into handle

3) take lid off cartridge

4) push cartridge down further into handle until it 'snaps' in

5) click wheel into handle

6) push cartridge up so that it comes into contact with wheel

7) wheel onto scratch paper to ink up wheel

8) start just off the cardstock. This ensures even coverage from edge to edge. When you get to the other side you will keep rolling just off the other side. Ensure you have scratch paper that is larger than your cardstock or you will wheel your table cloth. Been there. Done that.

9) wheel onto your cardstock. You can wheel in an upwards motion as pictured, or downwards. DO NOT push and pull, just one or the other. Experiment with whichever motion suits you better. I am a pusher :)

10) To ensure you wheel in a straight line, you can use our wheel guide it is VERY useful.
Two: Using an inkpad

1) Ink up your wheel by running it over your inkpad several times. SU! inkpads are especially great for this as they are larger than many other inkpads and can easily accomodate a large wheel (as pictured)

2) As per instructions given above, wheel onto your cardstock

3) Wheeled image (this is my new wheel - I love it!)
Applications for Stampin' Around:
- create backgrounds on cards and scrapbook pages
- create borders to frame photographs on scrapbooking pages
- create multi-coloured images by colouring direct to wheel rubber with markers or crayons
- use wheel to create wrapping paper that co-ordinates with your handstamped card
This list is not exhaustive, just a sample of what you can achieve.
